Completed Home Improvements SD offers home improvement, remodeling, renovation, and related construction services. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and agreement on project terms.
3. Estimates and Payments
Estimates provided are based on preliminary evaluations and are subject to change upon detailed assessment.
A deposit may be required to secure project scheduling.
Final payment terms, including due dates, will be outlined in the service agreement signed by the customer.
Late payments may result in additional fees.
4. Project Timelines and Delays
We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeline; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Material shortages
Changes in project scope by the customer
Permit or regulatory approvals We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate project details and property access.
Obtain necessary approvals from homeowners’ associations (if applicable).
Maintain a safe work environment by securing pets and ensuring the workspace is accessible.
Comply with all contractual obligations, including timely payments.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Changes to project scope must be submitted in writing and may result in additional charges.
Customers may cancel projects prior to commencement, subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the agreement.
Refunds for deposits or prepayments will be processed in accordance with the refund policy specified in the service contract.
7. Warranties and Liability
We provide workmanship warranties for a specified period, as detailed in the contract.
Manufacturer warranties on materials may apply, subject to their terms.
We are not liable for damages due to pre-existing conditions, unauthorized alterations, or third-party actions.
Liability for damages, if applicable, will be limited to the amount paid for the disputed service.
8. Compliance with A2P 10DLC Regulations (Text Messaging & Calls)
By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving SMS and calls related to appointments, service updates, and customer inquiries.
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”
Messages are sent strictly for business purposes and comply with carrier regulations.
We do not share or sell customer phone numbers to third parties.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be resolved through direct communication.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be settled through mediation or arbitration in San Diego, CA.
Customers agree to waive class-action rights and pursue claims individually.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in courts located in San Diego, CA.
11. Amendments and Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via our website or direct communication.
